Good album, but not even on the same level as WTT and MBDTF
ETA: You do know they released in two separate decades don't you?

Apparently you dont know what decade we're in either.

I know what decade I'm in, but that album was subpar compared to their earlier work. It's not hard for WTT to be album of the decade because mainstream rap is shite right now and this decade only started 3 years ago.

I'll just go out on a limb and say Jesus Piece is up there as well

No. WTT is right below the classics.

Any historic releases on August 9th in hip hop history?
Posted on 8/8/13 at 9:57 pm to 337Guy
No one isn't even listening to WTT right now to say it just came out in recent history and I feel Magna Carta will do the same. It seems that Jay z is putting out music just for the hell of it which I don't blame him for doing. He's rich and he's not motivated as he was 10 or 15 years ago.
Both WTT and MCHG are nice but I wouldn't say classics.

You'll just have to wait and find out...

I doubt he's ever heard Guerilla Warfare

Are we talking about trolling? Do you SERIOUSLY want to talk about trolling?

Wait, and you think I'm 12? Oh the irony.

No, you've done enough of it in this thread.

No. Now please display how enlightened you are and tell me how this album is so much better than anything Wayne has released. I'm sure his lyricism, flow, and charisma was oh so much better too.

Come on man, lets be honest here. You are the troll of the Music Board.

Dude, you just entertained the thought of Jesus Piece being better than WTT. You're the real troll in this thread.

I've been listening to Wayne since 97 and although he is more now, he was more creative in the 90s going into the 2000s. He made a deal with his mama that the only way he can rap is that he couldn't curse in his music. He came up with a lot of Cash Money's hooks and his rhymes were advanced for a 15 yo.
Even in this interview from a week ago, Lil Wayne says he dont know where hip hop is today
