Anybody Seen The Emmitt-Nershi Band?

It's Drew Emmitt from Leftover Salmon and Bill Nershi from String Cheese. They are playing like an hour and 15 minutes away on a Wednesday in a couple weeks. I am thinking about making the trek on a work night to see them play. Is it just those two on stage playing acoustic by themselves, or they have people playing along with them? Just wondering if it will be worth the trouble. I love both of these guys. The leftover salmon show I saw at belly up in aspen this year was one of the better, more enjoyable shows I have ever seen. But I don't know how this small show will be. Anybody on here seen them in action before?
