I literally have no idea what this is.

Try the first Audioslave album. I find it is paced pretty well for a cardio warmup/workout/cooldown.

I listen to British navy hymns, 300 soundtrack, stuff like that. Makes me think I'm actually rowing. Weird I know

I highly recommend the “Popeye the Sailor Man” soundtrack. Especially the songs “ I yam what I yam and dats all what I yam” and “I’m strong to the finish cause I eats me spinach”.

Sturgill mentions the Navy in the song Sea Stories and then there always the Coast Guard and Navy fight songs.

I bought it on vinyl last weekend. A modern classic.
