I did this in 2012 and got a lot of support. I think it's good to have a stickied thread that everyone can go to and see what albums have been and will be released throughout the year.

If you see something you want added to the list, just post your request here and I'll update the first post.

TOOL supposed to before the summer, but I doubt it.

These are a few I am looking forward to. Among a few you already mentioned in the OP.

Also watch out for Desaparecidos new album because they will be announcing it very soon. They have already released 2 new singles to start it up.

FYI Maynard recently confirmed that there will be no new Tool album this year.
