My friends came up with one a bunch of years ago, it's goes something like this.
You every notice how no president or high ranking official has every contracted the aids virus, even though they seem to screw around. Which leads us to believe there is a cure not released to the public because of the amount of money generated by the medicine. The idea is an intern at a lab stumbles across the cure, and takes it to save his dying sister. A chase insues ala enemy of the state.

I was in a film class in high school and one of the best films I remember seeing was kinda like this. It was only 7 minuets but I'm sure you could make it into some type of full length feture.
but John a young teenager in high school, comes to the scary realization that his parents aren't really who they say they are and he isn't really their son. He realizes that he was actually kidnapped by his parents after they lost their own son. After finding out he goes back to his real mother, but he finds out that she is just as crazy as his other parents. His old room was just like the way he had it when he was young and he would complete it now that he was back. The movie ends with him being pushed down the stairs to his death by his real mother.
again I can't take credit for it I didn't make it but it was an amazing movie.

Guy grows up, becomes investigator in special victims unit. Has a case involving serial rapist. Tracks the perp who ends up being his father (finding out he's the bastard child of a rape).
Lot of fill in the blank, but seems like it would be interesting.

I have a movie plot where a desperate screenwriter asks an online community for their best movie ideas and then writes a screenplay based on those ideas. His screenplay is a hit, and he makes millions of dollars. Unfortunately, it ends tragically. He dies surprisingly in one of those autoasphyxiation masturbation accidents.

Ive also got a great idea of this kid who has a teddy bear and the ebar gets struck by lightning and comes to life. The bear then proceeds to do everything right and go to church everyday. He lives a happy life with the boy and his wife. End of story.
