The whole series is available in a box set on amazon for under $100. That's a great deal for 7 seasons.

I'm pretty sure they give you a script of the pilot in the box set as well. I'm really considering getting the box set even though 5 wasn't that good, it's probably better than a lot of stuff so I kinda wanna finish the series.

Season 6 and 7 is awesome IMO. It shows a lot of behind the scenes stuff about a Presidential Election.

How is the writing? 5 sucked and you could really notice the effect Sorkin had in 1-4. Is it comparable?

You can tell it's not Sorkin, but by that point you're so invested in the characters that it doesn't really matter.
