Someone on this board said they were thinking about replacing her, but I don't know how legit that is.
I don't know how they would be able to completely remove that character from the show without it being awkward, but replacing her would also be awkward. They've definitely messed up the beginning of season 3 no matter what they end up doing (unless they somehow get her back).

Her character isn’t hard to cut. She is a Marshall on Karga’s world. She only got involved again this season to save Grogu.
Mando’s path is looking like it will get more into the Mandalorian communities, so its easy to leave her behind.
