Terminator was destroyed long before Dark Fate IMO. As for the GOAT action movie...I'm going with Predator.

I will pose 1 question to the board relevant to this topic: what flaw would you ascribe to The Rock? Because Michael Bay killed that shite and it basically never gets talked about - dialogue on point, villains on point, amazing car chase, intriguing premise, great death scenes all around.

I think The Rock is held in pretty high regard by most. I would probably have it in my top 10 action movies ever, but it's hard to narrow it down to which ones I would choose after my initial top 5/6.

The Rock
Face/Off
Speed

Those were some great action movies from the 90's that I would have to consider.

300 is also a huge guilty pleasure of mine. I rewatched it on IFC awhile back and I like it now more than I did when it first came out.

T2 is almost 30 years old and the special effects still hold up great to today’s movies.

Cheese level is too high.

Edward Furlong sucks donkey nuts in it and is a fricking 11 on a ten-point annoying character scal

Understatement. Only the perfection of the balance of the movie keeps it in the top tier.
