I think the best way to deal with streaming services is to make one selection and then rotate it every 3-6 months. Just keep a checklist of recommendations and buzz-worthy releases so you will have a gameplan when it's time to rotate a new service. Subscribing to all of them seems like a waste of money or time and you probably miss out on a lot. And if you pick one favorite and stick with it then eventually the well runs dry and you find yourself surfing the menu for 45 mins looking for anything appetizing and wondering "didn't I already watch this crappy Nic Cage movie?"

Use a prepaid debit card so you don't have to cancel after 12 months.

Running a Black Friday deal. $1.99/month for a year. I’m not familiar with this service, but that’s a lot cheaper than what I’m paying Netflix. Is it worth it?
Thanks for the tip, I signed up. I'm in the same boat, I've never used Hulu and I'm used to having no commercials with Netflix. But for $2 a month it's worth checking out the programming and patiently sitting through commercials for now.
