The only thing that bothered me is they didn't pause the orders. I do it all the time at work.

I agree and on top of all of that when they are discussing it later Marcus and Sydney refer to Carmy as "a little btch" when Marcus is the one who took multiple days off of work to get over the stress of being rightfully called out and Sydney can talk to Richie any way she wants but the second someone raises their voice to her she packs up and leaves.
