And thoughts include:

A) Holy shite what a classic
B) I hope it triggers the frick out of this pansey-assed generation.

...that is all.

Love the movie. First time I have ever hear overlapping conversation in a movie.

So many "rapes" and "assaults" in this movie. Plus the "gay" officer's assisted suicide gone horribly right.

Saw most of the movie the other day for the first time. Even coming from seeing the show first, I thought the film was clearly superior.

The ending football scene is one of the funniest things I've seen in a long time..and has one of the best written, best delivered lines I can remember:

quote:

Hotlips O'Houlihan:
Oh my God! They've shot him.

Colonel Blake:
Hot Lips, you incredible nincompoop. It's the end of the quarter.

I was amazed at how truly irreverent the film was compared the much tamer, watered down lines from the show. It was so refreshing.

If you haven't already, read the book. It's very funny. The movie is much truer to the book than the TV series, but that's to be expected.
