Ahh, OK then. I don't generally read such things.( that's the normie in me, I suppose ) I know that such source material can have a wide range of story lines, so it's sometimes hard to keep track of what is or isn't considered 'canon'. And to be honest, comics have been becoming more and more trash in the past couple of decades, with this woke, dystopian nonsense, so claiming that " its' from the comics " doesn't have the same meaning as it used to.

But at the very least, my remarks about the other IPs still stand as valid.

Yeah I feel you I was just saying the source material is actually a lot rougher and darker than what the movie shows. You are correct tho the dystopian setting is pretty common these days
