Exactly. There needs to be someone who tells the singer what to work on. Everytime someone finishes it is, "Great job, you really know your niche" bullshite.
There hasn't been anyone that has impressed me yet.

I wish guys would stop jumping notes into their falsetto. It is such a weak sound.
This guy needs to sing more powerfully. He has good range but he needs more than that one note that shows it off.
Jeremy and Colton are the tallest midgets so far tho.
