Looks awesome. I will definitely be watching that. Only thing that threw me off is that there is no way humans win a battle against invading aliens. So my guess is that humans did not win and Tom Cruise is not really human - sort of a Matrix type scenario though not insider of machines. Morgan Freeman and his clan are the last real surviving humans. Just a guess, but that would be awesome if true.

white/brown haired hero finds humans are trapped in pods, while he seems to have memories of a past that he thinks never existed.
they even got him a Trinty
lemme guess, the people of Earth never left, they were put into some type suspended animation in some virtual world, and a group of humans are responsible for cleaning things up and making Earth habitable again, but there's a rogue group who thinks that's slavery, and wants to free the people stuck in the pods?
