Great list so far.
Scream (the first only): when "Red Right Hand" started bout halfway through I got chills.
August Rush: a movie about the power of music better have some good stuff.
Shakespeare In Love: excellent score.

Besides some of the obvious.. Remember the Titans, Forrest Gump, Star Wars, etc... I always thought the music in Saw added something extra to it.
