Would I need to watch all of the other seasons in order to know what's going on in S4? I watched S1, and liked it ok, but it wasn't something for me that was a must watch.
Edie Falco is in it, so I really want to watch it. Big fan of hers, considering my love for The Sopranos.

I would watch the other two seasons.
There's a pretty big plot mover in the Season 3 finale that plays heavily into Season 4 based on the trailer.

Storyline
Mike is in a tense conversation.
Gets phone call.
Call is very stressful.
Mike hangs up and tells the person he was talking to that he has a crisis to clean up and will get back in touch and not move on anything until he gets back to him.
Mike speeds off in his crown vic.....
