Every remake of this amazing story just enriches the source material as a masterpiece of literature. 5 stars.

I haven’t watched it yet. Interested to see how it holds up to the 90s version with Sarandon, Ryder, Bale, Danes, etc. The recent PBS remake was just ok.

It was a solid movie. Saoirse Ronan and Florence Pugh are easy on the eyes, to say nothing of Emma Watson.

I never saw any previous version. I liked this movie, but if you aren't familiar with the story the time-jumping is a little confusing because the characters look the same age in every time period.
