Leatherface - first watch (spoilers)

I've seen all the TCM franchise and love them, but somehow never saw this one. It just popped up on TV. Just finished the diner scene, still near the beginning. This movie is not what I was expecting! It's great so far.
I also noticed the Jonathan Banks bit part as an orderly in the mental hospital.
ETA- just finished.
I did not see that plot twist coming. Feels like a cheap card trick, but still well done. And now I see why they cast that girl for the kidnapped nurse role, she looks like the radio station chick in part 2 that he was sympathetic to.
Excellent movie.
