I am having a hard time grasping the age and/or timeline of when things took place in the holler with Limehouse. He appears to be about the same age as Raylan and Boyd, but he also makes reference to "knowing" Raylan's mother and he may have slapped Raylan's father around a few times. Also, the manner in which he talks about being the banker in the holler, and the long-standing agreement with the Bennett family, makes it sound like he has been in charge for a very long time.
I would guess Limehouse is significantly older than Raylan and Boyd, maybe by as much as 20 years. His character looks older and from the tone of his speech, sounds older. The actor who plays Limehouse, Mykelti Williamson, is 55. Walton Goggins (Boyd), is 41 which seems about right in-character.

Didn't Limehouse say he was on the bridge as a teenager, 17, in a fight. Maybe with Arlo ??? So, that could have been only 20 years ago making Limehouse about 37 or so?

IIRC Raylan's mom (and other battered wives in Harlan County) sought refuge in the holler from time to time. Arlo was drunk and made a 10-12 yr old Raylan drive him up there. Limehouse beat the shite out of Arlo on the bridge in front of Raylan. I'm guessing Limehouse is somewhere between 5-10 yrs older than Raylan and Boyd.
