You aren't right though. The fact that you think they gender swapped the role proves your ignorance and your complete lack of knowledge and understanding of the source material. They did not cast the Silver Surfer Norman Radd, they cast Shalla-Bal. Two completely different characters. We're still getting Radd, as confirmed by casting rumors.
I don't know if he will make an appearance in this movie, though I feel like he will, maybe just sparingly, but my take is they're adapting the comic story where Radd has gone AWOL and Galactus is forcing Bal to take his place. That's how we get introduced to Radd. Who knows if he's a part of this alternate dimension or if he's already on Earth-616.

No one cares about any of that. Just because they've gender swapped the Silver Surfer in the comics at some point in the past changes nothing.
