The latest one (Fast Five) was better than the previous 4.
Everyone said this when it came out. I don't agree. I thought the first two were both pretty good. 3 and 4 were trash. 5 was solid but not as good as the first 2. From a pure entertainment standpoint, the second fast and the furious is one of my all-time favorite guilty pleasure movies.

Just checked. The collective budget for the F&F movies = $409 mill. Worldwide gross = $1,591,404,818.
Walker and Diesel don't have careers outside of these movies so I could see them making 10 or so when it's all said and done.

Fast 5 and 6 have gone away from just being racing movies and more towards being heist films. So yes, there are 6 movies in the series, all interconnected, but the last two have completely different story lines and very little racing scenes.

bullshite. Die Hard 3 was awesome. It had fricking Samuel L. Jackson. The man has never made a movie that wasn't bad arse. I don't care what anyone says. That was some quality entertainment.
