Help me remember the name of a reality TV show about drug addiction

I think there was only one season. It was set in Florida and it followed two former drug addicts who now work with addicts to try to get them in recovery.
I don't remember which channel it was on, but I know it was on basic cable.

It was like Intervention, but different. In lots of the episodes the people never even made it to intervention

I remembered it. It was called Dopesick Nation, on the Vicetv channel

I remember that show. Dopesick Nation. The chick featured in it had been rode hard and put up wet, but had a nice set of cans.
