To this day I still wish it would resurface: SOAP.

Firefly

These are the most quality shows I've watched that were officially "canceled" by their networks. Deadwood is also in the category although the reasons for it's end were more ambiguous due to David Milch's obsession w/ "John From Cincinnati"
