These guys rip the lid off of the not-so-hidden agenda of the...

Just kidding. This is a YouTube Channel that does an amazing job of giving CliffsNotes of every season of SNL. They go through the hosts, note the musical acts, and hit on the important skits and moments in each season. Lots of "firsts" and "lasts" that are interesting to know. I've lived through and read up on SNL from the start, and there are plenty of bits of new info that I was happy to learn. They're up through Season 7 right now. Nice that it's pretty much wall to wall clips, with voiceovers instead of the hosts superimposing themselves over the show. It's all about SNL.

And if you watch an episode of Carson from 1974, 1975, you'll see what was considered the risque humor of the time. Laugh-In was gone, Pryor's show came and went. Now you have humor on the level of National Lampoon Magazine everywhere (good and bad).

Johnny told his joke several times about the Fargari Indians until one night he said the censors had figured it out and told him no more.

They just dropped their Season 8 episode, which is the season that was built around Eddie Murphy.

They added Season 11.

One of the most interesting seasons. Lorne Michaels returns and replaces the entire cast with actors from John Hughes films, plus Lovitz, Dennis Miller, and others. It's not fondly remembered, but it had some great skits, and featured Sam Kennison from time to time. At the time we saw it as a hit and miss train wreck of a season.
