Just was catching up on the discussion. My sincere apologies for not acknowledging spoilers.
Assuming Jessie shot Gale, and knowing the meticulousness that Gilligan treats BB with, there is little doubt that ABQ police/DEA will follow the trail to Jessie/Walt.
There is no happy here. I really think this series will be like few others, with most every character (excepting Walt Jr. and Holly) meeting a fate that is quite unfortunate.

Has anybody mentioned that the investment that Walt makes won't be the Car Wash, but instead, he buys Los Pollos Hermanos and takes over everything?
