As far as twists, this has been Big Brother for five years now. Team America, Vets, Apps, friendship bracelets and more. Expect the unexpected.
Also I’ll say this is the cheapest looking house I’ve seen on this show. The backyard setup is awful. I think Celebrity BB ate into their budget.

I dont think this twist is as huge a deal as some may think.
Presumably she'd want to use it during a member of the other alliance's HOH. However, since the HOH controls the veto replacement nom; they can still get a person up there to vote out.
It could be hilarious when she backdoors herself. I think proper use of this power requires a little more nuance than it seems on its face.

I don't think it's that far fetched that Bayleigh got the app. I'm sure it would have been Swaggy this week, and being that people were probably mentioning both, she was next in line. I don't buy that this was a production thing.
Sam first, because she was a damn robot.
Tyler next, because he is involved in everything.
Swaggy/Bay seem like a logical next up.

Voting didn’t open until last night so Swaggy wasn’t an option.
The edit matters. The casuals will vote for who production sells the best. Unless it’s someone who is deeply hated, the live feeders can’t change the result.
Bayleigh worked her arse off to save Swaggy, yes. Other than that she’s spent 20+ days isolated and doing nothing.
ETA: ultimately Alison Grodner is in charge. This is her game. It’s why Tyler wasn’t shown with Kaitlyn the last two episodes. She protects her favorites.

My thoughts on Winston pre-season: I really like this guy! He seems tough yet genuine and will be very likeable. He kinda seems like a gentle giant, similar to Jon from BBCAN2. I'm rooting for him. My thoughts on Winston week 3:

Not a bad move on Sam's part, Imo. She's not gonna get voted out and it creates a strong trust between her and the others. She can later say she already volunteered to be a pawn later in the game.
