I saw a someone saying production will probably honor the boyfriend's request to release the waiver. but they most likely will wait until after tomorrow for two reasons.
1. The bf angle might be brought up in tomorrow's episode.
2. To let the vote happen first. They may not want outside world stuff affecting the vote if K goes crazy when they tell her.

I think he is a genuine good dude and he never intended to use her, and will not want it to come off as that, but he will have to distance himself some next week if the right person gets in power.

Only in Kaitlyn’s mind. And several in the house too after this week.
Yesterday Tyler is saying he needs to distance himself and today he’s doing the same cuddling shite we’ve seen all week. Also Kaitlyn is using it now in front of others, asking him to show his dick before showering earlier in front of Brett and also making comments after he got out of the shower with Rachel in the room.
He’s playing a solid game but Kaitlyn will sink it if he keeps this up.

Between Sam's power that has to be used by week 4 (they already have 1 pre-juror likly coming back into the house) and the fact that Steve was flat out told in one of his interviews that Kaitlyn flipped and the reason why, there was never any chance that Swaggy was coming back shot of Sam using her power on him.
