The vast majority of white people are what I would consider "normal." So, she hates almost all white people.
That statement is racist as frick. There is no twisting and turning it needed. It is flat out racist. No excuses. If a white person, or JC would have said that about a black person she would have lost her mind, and that person would be blasted on TV and kicked off of the show.
