0:50 PM BBT – Andy, Spencer, Amanda and Elissa are having a normal conversation and then Amanda has an instant mood swing and starts attacking Elissa and hitting below the belt.

10:55 PM BBT – Andy, Spencer, & Elissa all leave Amanda sitting there by herself. McCrae comes over and whispers that she needs to calm down. Amanda starts yelling that Elissa is a c-word. McCrae shouts back to Amanda, “will you chill out?!”

See this is one of the things that really annoys me about the updates.

I'm watching AD right now and that is the most dishonest portrayal of what happened possible.

Amanda and Elissa were both sitting in the living room with Spencer and Andy kind of picking at each other and talking shite. Amanda was asking her why she lied about something Amanda did and Elissa was just staring at Spencer laughing at her saying "Oooooh myyyy gaaaaaaawd what is wrong with her she's craaaaaazy" while Spencer doesn't even respond to her and he and Andy tried to change the subject and lighten the mood.

Amanda then sat on the floor painting her nails while Elissa was just laughing like a weird stoner until Elissa left and Andy followed her into the bedroom and she began to call Amanda a crazy bitch and no one wants her here, but BB and all of Rachel's friends "tried for yeeeeeeeeears" to get Elissa to do the show but she didn't want to because she doesn't need this show, but Amanda does because her life is pathetic and she has nothing else in her life.

Andy, clearly playing both sides, then told her he was not going to stop talking to McCranda but he's really with Elissa so don't freak out if she sees him with them. He then says "I'm going outside are you coming". She says no and stays in bed by herself.


McCrae is then sitting on the couch while Amanda is still painting her nails and they are both calmly talking normally and he is just telling her not to let Elissa get to her and let her play the victim to GM.


Andy then goes outside with Spencer and they tell Judd what happened. Spencer specifically says that Elissa took things too far, but he could see it from both sides.

A few minutes later Elissa comes outside and asks Spencer why he didn't defend her when Amanda was "attacking" her. Spencer says he didn't think anyone was attacking anyone and he wasn't going to get involved in an argument between two girls.

She then goes on for several minutes about how awful of a person Amanda is and Judd agrees. Spencer and Andy don't say anything and try to change the subject.

McCrae is still sitting with Amanda just telling her to relax and that nothing Elissa does matters. He's not yelling at her just giving her a much needed game head check. Andy comes in and says Elissa just said you started everything and me and Spencer completely changed the subject.

McCrae just continues to calmly tell her that see everyone knows what Elissa is doing so just let it go and don't let it get to her or Elissa's plan will work and she'll go home so she just has to ignore her.

Amanda then says Elissa "has to go this week" a couple of times on the verge of tears.

After the next commercial break is GMs HOH reveal and everyone is in the room laughing and hanging out including Elissa and Amanda.



I feel like a lot of people base their opinions on those updates but just like you claim BB has favorites, the updaters clearly have the people they hate too and can present things slanted as well.


All the talk this board did about Amanda and McCrae fighting weeks ago was totally overblown. The updates made it sound like they were screaming at each other and about to break up and then you'd see them on AD and in the footage they were describing they'd be in bed cuddling or half asleep whispering to each other while having the conversation depicted as some huge fight by the updates.

The updates about Amanda going crazy reading the rule book to see if she could hit Elissa was a huge joke. Amanda was in bed laughing with McCrae about it and even Elissa and Judd were laughing about it in the HOH room. It was not a big deal at all in the house, but the updates made it seem like some huge drama.

Half the time it sounds like Amanda is running around screaming at people as they cower in corners of the room in terror, and then you see the footage and it's just a normal conversation that may be a little heated but nothing serious, and then an hour later they're all sitting outside smoking and talking together.


Anyone claiming CBS was giving Amanda some positive edit early on has to understand Amanda is getting crucified by the updaters, much of it unfairly.

Seriously, I do not like Amanda. But Elissa is just as bad.

You can hate her for her aggravating DR sessions, I do too. But you can't get an accurate picture of what is happening based mostly on the updates IMO.


But go ahead and call me a chubby chaser or whatever, I aint mad. Just thought I'd offer some actual fair commentary on what happened, though I doubt many on here want it

I wonder what would have happened if Nick had won that first HOH instead of McCrae. Doubt love blossoms between McRanda if pizza boy didn't have power that first week.

Amanda starts to tell Andy that she woke up feeling like when you break up w/someone & how it is a bad feeling, Andy says yea.....she starts to go on & Andy cuts her off & says it is too hot to be out there & goes back inside.

That doesn't mean they have beef. It means they're not allies in the game.

GM was the consummate floater. She had to wait for McCrandy and Hellissa to split, and once they did, she went with the person she could work with to go farthest. What else could she do?

Don't forget Elissa's "disgusting" and "trash" comments about GM and Aaryn two weeks ago. By the end of the next week they were all apparently working together.

Being allies in the game doesn't necessarily make you BFFs just like being opponents doesn't necessarily mean you're mortal enemies.

I could see that I guess, but I think it's giving her a bit too much credit.

She didn't really have any choice but to float. She had no real allies other than Aaryn, and Aaryn was pretty closely aligned with McCrandy. GM had no choice but to bide her time really. It definitely ended up helping her in the long run, but I don't think it was some master plan.

But you're right. I think she'll take personal satisfaction on every single person going home except Spencer because they all had a hand in Nick going home. They know how to hold a grudge on The Shore yo!
