One of my favorite actors of all time. A small sampling. Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Sweet Smell of Success (1957)



Run Silent Run Deep (1958)



Elmer Gantry. Won his only Oscar in this role. (1960)



Judgement at Nuremberg (1961)



Birdman of Alcatraz (1962)



The Leopard (1963)



The Train (1964) One of my favorites.



The Professionals (1964) Very Underrated.



Jumping far ahead to a couple of my all time favorite films, both truly great movies imo.

Atlantic City (1980)

1962 was a Murderers' Row for acting.

GREGORY PECK (winner) for "To Kill a Mockingbird"

Burt Lancaster in "Birdman of Alcatraz"

Jack Lemmon in "Days of Wine and Roses"

Marcello Mastroianni in "Divorce - Italian Style"

Peter O'Toole in "Lawrence of Arabia"
