I almost feel like Paul is ready to get back to doing what he was doing before this. I for one am glad he will be.

See ya in Auburn Paul

All Paul needed was to get his name out there. Now he will get his band and sign a contract I'm sure within this week. You'll hear more about The Grand Magnolias real soon.

Yeah, he doesn't seem upset at all.

he still has to do idol commitments and the tour.

he's also bound to their label if they choose to give him a deal.

But I think him and his band will be a huge help in terms of writing music that best fit them.

oh, i definitely agree. it's just that i'd rather them go out and get their own contract rather than being stuck with AI's people. that's not good for them in the long run. they haven't exactly been incredibly successful with everyone they've signed over 10 yrs.

Does he have to sign with them? He can always keep the record label he currently has with his most recent album. Now that his name is out there, that album may get more sales.

from what i've heard, they pretty much have his rights. not good. a friend of mine in law school toured with him b/f school for 2 years. from day one they were hoping he got 11 and sent home b/c apparently they thought there was no contract provision before top 10.

Yes, he wasnt voted in by the people. If I remember correctly they took 13 too and he was the last one picked

This is why he is in the bottom 3 every time. He was forced on the voters by the judges. The voters got rid of the other 2 and Stefano will go soon as well.

As for Paul leaving, I'm okay with that.Stefano should be next. And hopefully Jacob soon after.I feel suicidal every time Jacob sings.
