I looked it up - he was signed by the Lions and then released. And after that, he was on the Redskins' practice squad for a couple of weeks before he was cut.
He needs to sign with a team that knows what they're doing. I want Belichick to sign him tomorrow.
Edit: Also, Parham came out of school at 6-8, 237. He's now up to 257, and still looks like he could add bulk.
