I can tell. Obviously you play alot of tournament poker, what casinos do you frequent

I used to play on the circuit alot - New Orleans, Tunica, Kinder, Biloxi, Tulsa, Durant, even up to Indiana and out to Vegas. I play at El Dorado most for cash games and Horseshoe most for tournaments now. I am planning on getting back on the circuit after i tear a new one to the one coming here in September.

I wish I could get an investor, but 5 years of online poker in which I had absolutely no idea what I was doing killed that.

I fricked up in online poker and got banned on stars and full tilt probably 5-6 years ago before i really figured it out. Any of the stats I can show would be included with other people since its their account except sportsbook, and the person that was backing me who profited a bit, I decided to stop talking to for personal reasons.

One of the thing that pissed me off about my previous backer was he knows im a tournament player and he doesnt put me in tournaments and gives me a $100 to play 1-2 or 1-3 which isnt the easiest thing in the world to make a good win with. I feel I also fricked up when I left New Orleans 2 hours after I won the tournament (on what ill call bad advice) and left potential backing situations behind me when a bunch of older guys were real complementive of my play.

Rough. I usually start with at least $200

Phil Collins is absolutely running this table right now

ETA: As soon as I say that

Nice pickup for Stasko. Collins playing a bit passive there, but it's that stage of the tournament.

Yeah Exactly you can't hardly play to a raise with a money making hand like 10-9s or something without risking a big part of your stack. and if you get aggressive and make one mistake its all over

100 at 1-2? Damn. I mean I've played it before, but just because I felt like playing short stack strategy that night and pissing off the whole table.

That's not much of an investor.

Exactly..

Sadly with the crowd I hang around when I do get staked It's not for enough to make a dent into anything without some serious run good.

I mean I normally take $800 with me to play 1-2 and buy in for $200 or $300. I hate not having enough bullets in the chamber. I wouldn't think twice about floating $200-$400 to a good player at another table for a 50-50, but you're also a tournament player so maybe he didn't want to invest too much until he saw how you ran.

Well, I taught him how to play poker and he thinks he is the shite at it. But, I cannot wait to teach him a lesson if we get seated at the same WSOP-C table.

I wish I could play tournaments worth a damn. Tournament players get all the bitches. I just get to hang out with a bunch of old crotchety rocks and lebanese guys.
