they both collided from a hard collision as simple as that, I've been in collisin like that and you can't help but butt heads,

me too, I've had my bell rung many of times. If I was McGahee I wouldn't be pissed in the least bit.

do you think if this hit happened 15 or even 10 years ago, we'd even be discussing if it was legit or not?
old timers would laugh at today's game, those crazy mofo's were biting each others fingers and shite off.

No, leading with the helmet....using the helmet as a weapon...he didnt even try to wrap up

No...I say he was using his helmet like a shoulder pad...

I DO NOT believe he was thinking on trying to literally knock his head off

No, All I was saying it was bad tackling by Clark...and if there was more tackles like that....head and neck injuries will go through the roof

are you fricking serious? Have you ever tried to wrap up someone with that short of a time on arrival? They were basically racing to a point, that's how you hit someone in that situation, there was nothing dirty about it.

I think one of the reasons people think it was a dirty hit is because of the similar hit he made on Welker, which looked dirty as hell.

no, this used to happen in the lanes all the time, that's the most ripe spot for head on collisions at a very fast pace. Out of 20 times you get one result that happened yesterday, a bad concussion with a stiff neck. Out of 1000 times you get a Darryl Stingly. This is nothing new, people are just acting like it is for some reason.

entirely different hits, but I can see why people would think that.

Poor tackling technique? Maybe
Illegal? No
Dirty? No

Even the announcer said on TV that it was a legal hit.

I would say that the Wes Welker hit was more legal and less dangerous than yesterday. But it was .5 secs too late.

He hits him 100% with the shoulder

No Wes Welker is a defenseless WR that is clearly illegal and drew a flag.

people think it's dirty becuase it is a blindside hit, but your right it's perfectly legal if within the boundaries of a play happening.
