Took a 4-12 team to the playoffs in each of his first 2 seasons. Finished 8-8 last season and beat the Pitt Steelers in the first round, then 13-3 last year while earning a buy and losing a fluke gave to the Baltimore Ravens. On paper, we should be improved, or at least the same, at every position outside of defense end (lost Elvis Dumervil).

Not to mention, look at the Denver Broncos schedule and division. On paper, according to last year's results, we have the easiest schedule in the NFL. You have to take that into account.
