Poor reasoning as the NFL bases division titles and playoff berths on overall record and nothing is static in sports--especially the NFL.

figuring you are typically hired to get fired I'd take San Diego and enjoy the 3 or 4 years until I got the axe

over/under on how many of these teams fire whoever they hire within 4 years? I'd say 4.5 would make the betting about equal on each side.
