Speaking of shafts...
This picture:
and this one...
...make me think I might be swinging the wrong one.
Is there supposed to be that big of a bow in it?
Thoughts?

I've got a pic where it bows a lot worse than that. It's ridiculous.
I think you can graduate to something with more torque hoss.

What's the way of thinking here though? What is it "supposed" to look like at impact? With it bowing that much, it's got to affect accuracy, no?

#1) I'm pretty sure you're Brett Favre
#2) Tuck your damn shirt in.

i would help you if you weren't wearing black golf shoes and brown shorts

Nailed it. I send dick pics and wear my shirt however I want to. Those are Wrangler khaki shorts too.

Tebow helped me with this last time we played. What I've been doing is turning the face shut at address. By the time I get back to impact, it is delofted and square. I've got a much lower ball flight that penetrates in just about any condition. Cold, wind, cold wind, none of it matters anymore. I'm not hitting a cut anymore. It's just a low, boring trajectory that looks like it's on a rope. If the hole works left to right, I just close it less.

Are you referring to the fact that the head seems to be outracing the shaft in the pic?

70$ for the head? How much for a decent shaft? I am wondering if you can build one cheaper than buying a complete club?
Posted on 1/30/14 at 8:27 am to Janky
I would think beard can absolutely build one cheaper and better than Edwin or some place like that.
Posted on 1/30/14 at 8:28 am to BRgetthenet
I don't mean edwin building one. I mean straight from the factory off the shelf club.

jank - all depends on what shaft you want and are looking for. I look on ebay and decided to buy a head off golfwrx. I have way too many extra shafts to start with. If you didnt have a shaft you could find a really good one for around $100 on golfwrx or ebay. Ebay stores had these for $159 new with a junk made for shaft. I could put together a great diver for $170 easy

I bought a one time pull D+ for 39 bucks on eBay
I'm not even using it if this black tie works out.

I've hooded mine and emphasized the reverse K quite a bit since that pic was taken. However, I feel like I'm making these adjustments to compensate because

Exactly.

I am sure you know this, but what you see in that pic is not what is actually happening. That is the camera playing tricks on you.
