good scores. I'm a little disappointed in the double on 18, but overall good stuff

I still kick myself on my low round.

Started with a bogey. Finished front 9 with two bogeys and finished back 9 with two bogeys.

yeah I honestly wasnt mentally ready for it. I got in my head just to make bogey and let it fall apart instead of going for birdie like I had all round. I could go more into detail but not worth it

I remember the first time I went under par. I was 13 I think and playing a tournament. I got so scared I ended up shooting an 81 and was -1 after 5 holes
I also had it to -3 heading into 18 at Money Hill and was so nervous to post my first sub 70 round that I straight blocked it into the lake and made triple

I shot 5 under on the front and 5 over on the back for 72 one time that was fun

70's is my goal for the end of the year. Close to par by the end of the year woud be nice. I've got these irons figured out now, although nobody knew it Sunday.

Week before was better. But couldn't make a putt to save my life.

I know it's right around the corner.

Next year, after having everything in the bag for 12 months or so, I should be hanging around the mid 70's on the reg.

I've never made more than 4 birdies in a round I don't think

My goal is to be under 90 by next month. I shot a 95 on Friday. 47/48. My driving has been killing me. I get 3 or 4 fairways a round and 5 or 6 GIR. I had total of 30 putts with no 3 putts. I had 2 triple and one double. I always have one or two holes where nothing goes right and I just lose it.

thats the mindset.

I have really given myself so many more good looks at birdies just got to make a couple more.

I have been hitting everything from 80 in right on the money lately so I need to stop going for par 5's and leaving myself in a bad spot and scramble to make par.

My goal is to shoot 66 or better. Ridiculous goal but my personal best is bogey free 67 at Money Hill, and I didnt leave one shot, or missed putt out there. That was when I was 17. I feel like in a few months I can be better than I was then.I'm a lot fatter and stronger

the 5 under on the front was when I hit my hole in one and got an eagle on a par 5. It was so hold to hold emotions together on that back 9. Not really disappointed with that. Just glad I didnt shoot 84 with a hole in one

only thing I hated about it was that I didnt see the ball go in. I hit a perfect shot and it went into the sun so I lost it. I was looking over the green for it and finally buddy told me to look in the hole. It was a crazy feeling. I wish I could have saw it go in though.

ETA:

And I wasnt playing with my dad when it happened. Would have loved to have that experience with him

Dude, the fact that you wanted to break 90 once this summer and you have broken 80 already is impressive itself. I have played this game since I was 5 years old and I only broke 80 4 times this summer. You may have made faster strides in one summer then anyone I know.
