Snap to Southern Miss punter in the end zone, punter does one of those rugby style runs and just drops the ball, picks it up and just barely gets the ball off and gets clobbered, UTEP receiver runs up and for some reason decides to try to field the punt, he muffs the punt but UTEP recovers.

This time the UTEP returner muffs the punt and Southern Miss recovers!
ETA: Keon Howard follows that up with an underthrown pass that is intercepted because of course he does.
