You are the first and only person to come up with a valid reason to keep Johnson over Schafer.

I'd still stick with Schafer since I can use Gattis or Laird (whichever you're not keeping in reserve that night) and Pena to lit LHP off the bench, but your point is well taken.

What will likely happen when Heyward is ready to come back is we'll see Francisco go on the DL to put off the day of reckoning.
