Are they even shopping around for another head coach? Are they just letting the season ride out on his shoulders and judging from there? Sorry for ignorance on the subject.
No. They said when they made the "hire" that the Walrus would finish the season as the coach

If we were to even consider trading Paul you only consider picks and tie best young front court talent in the league.

This team really needs a proven defender at the 3, though. Prince is getting old, and maybe his defense drops off with age. But the man was named to the All-NBA defensive team like three years in a row or some crazy shite like that (granted, second team, but still, that means he's the second best 3 defender in the league 3 years straight) not too long ago.

It's an idea that has over a year to pan out before any actual commitment. If his defense is going to dive bomb as he ages, we have time to see.

I really like Paul though as he is really involved in NO and is a good guy. It is business

you don't trade a guy like Paul unless it's for another superstar elite type players. I love what DC is doing out there but it would be such a huge mistake to trade Chris Paul

Unless Bill Simmons is correct and the team is downplaying CP3's injury

Picks in the nba dont mean shite unless they're top 10, really top 5. Anything outside of the lottery is just luck if they turn out good.

I've never been for trading CP but if we do its gotta be for legit players. At least 1 star and a few other true starters.

That was just a possible theory because of what he had to endure with KG's knee, not what he actually believes to be true.

Where do you think Collison and Thorton came from?

I dont listen to Bill Simmons for anything Hornets related. He's been begging for them to leave New Orleans since they got here

dude he is a rookie

Yeah I know, but at the end they are all Pros. Something he has been doing since probably middle school... should he really get pass for fricking up the last minute and a half for playing selfish ball. He had open players waiting for the ball and he decided to keep the ball causing two turnovers and the opponent to score twice in 20 seconds or so.

Yes he is a rookie but this rookie has started in 22 games should know better. I'm not a Pro basketball player but even myself knows he should have been passing the ball instead of trying to be the hero... All of the sudden he thinks he brought this team within 4 all by himself? So he thinks he should have the last shots or be last one to touch the ball because he has 35 pts? Players were asking for the ball but didn't get it. Had he passed it it may have been the difference.

Maybe he was aiming for a 40 pt game instead of winning it. It was selfish of him to keep the ball.

Just Saying

Hornets? Saints?

He has preached forever that the Superbowl and AS games should have a set rotation between Phoenix, Miami, New Orleans, and perhaps Vegas.

He often talks about his love for the city.

Unless you were been sarcastic, in which case I halfway picked up on it.

You're right. Collison was a selfish frick for shooting a career high 35 points for us and helping us almost upset one of the best teams in the league.

Seriously, stfu. Give him some slack.

You STFU ,, We need him to play the PG like it meant to be played. Leading this team to Victory in the best possible way.. Selfish play is not tolerated.

May be then we will win more games .... 3 assists tonight by Collison? A few more at the end of the game would have made the difference.

I like Collison a lot but tonight he fricked up a possible win.

Kid needs to stop turning the ball over at critical moments. Time and time again this is how we're losing these games.
