Last time I played Carter, there was a frost delay. They shut the range down and wouldn't even let us hit balls off the rubber mats to the practice green. Not ice, not a hard freeze, just a little frost that burned off within an hour, I'm all for protecting a course, but damn if I can't hit off a rubber mat to a practice green that no one is ever going to putt on. It was a bit of a turn off.
