re: Things sports should eliminate because I can't appreciate them for what they are

Baseball: Should eliminate pitchers, and replace them with the guys that throw batting practice and home run derby's. There simply isn't enough offensive fireworks imo. We need more homeruns, more base runners, and more scoring. It's boring.
Basketball: Should eliminate fouls. There is too much stoppage in play when the whistle blows for every foul. It's pointless, all of this stopping because players are acting like pansies. If you can't get to the basket because somebody slapped you on the arm, then you don't belong at the basket.
Golf: The scores aren't low enough for my liking. There should be a set amount of mulligans available for each round of a tournament.
Football: Should eliminate the offside rule. I find it to be unnecessarily prohibitive to have to line up a certain way, and wait for the ball to be snapped. Just think of the improvements which could be made on both offense and defense if we didn't have to recognize this silly rule.
Soccer: Well, I think this one has been covered.
Until these changes are made I will bitch and moan about anyone or anything related to these imperfect contests. Any additions you might have are welcome
