Usually it's just the same 3 or 4 dudes kissing each other's asses.

If McLouth goes 0-3 in one game, he is worthless, needs to GTFO, and needs to be sent to AAA. If he comes in the next game, and goes 3-3 with a HR and 3 RBI's, he's the best hitter on the team, and he should be starting over Schafer, Heyward, and Hinske.

I've never seen anyone say Nate is the best hitter on the team after he has had a good game.
