I hope him and ruston and Neville coaches leave and go to Texas. Time for Byrd to be the powerhouse

That doesn’t make sense. They’re all in nonselect. You’re not

I know, man. SELA (Central High) is the new powerhouse in fb.... LMAO! They had a good year, made a run, and won it all. Hats off to them. Can Central handle success? Time will tell.

They really didn’t. Nichols busted a long run for Td on first play of the game and Neville didn’t do shite until the 4th quarter after that. They did not dominate shite. Central’s knack for blocking kicks isn’t a fluke either. They just know how to get to balls off the kickers foot weather it’s field goals or punts. Deal with it. Central owns Neville

New money spends just as well as old money! Now go party like it’s 1990. Ill live in the now! When was Neville last championship? Definitely not as recent as Central’s.

Look at the box score, asshat. They ran for over 300 yds. That's pretty frickin dominant!

Asshat central led for most of the game! That’s not dominant. Yards don’t equate to shite. You’re embarrassing yourself.

Well, they just busted the entire NELA 2-5A in the mouth!!! Think about it for a split second….

Central basically just skull fricked the entire I-20 Corridor of untouchable schools, and Karr played around with ASH.

NELA’s dominance is over!!!

Get used to it 42-0!!!

Should’ve been 55-0 in all honesty

Neville lead 13-10 inside four minutes left in the 4th. Neville well over 300 yds on the ground. Central had 147 total yards for the game. If Neville doesn't line up for FG attempt there late and turns it over on downs, you think they go 75 yards and win? Maybe they get in FG range and force OT? In that situation, Neville should have not tried and kicked there. They did and it costs them the game. That's coaching.

In what world is 13-10 dominant?so you for sure think Central couldn’t bust a long play? They’ve done it all year! Oh and they did bust a long play. Just happened to be on special teams. You’re an idiot. They play 48 minutes not 45. Central won! Get over it.

Sometimes the better team loses. Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good. I was at the game. Neville was probably the better team. But, Neville let them hang around. Stonewalled on 4th and 1 like 4 times...and an int on like the 10 yard line. Central's defense is elite...and a big reason why they got stuffed. All those clichés I started with are true. But, Central had more points than Neville when the buzzer sounded. That is the point of the game. So, congrats to Central. You did what you had to do and capitalized on a complete botched chip shot and bad snap. That is what good teams do. Find a way. I would probably slow down words like "dominated" or "we own Neville". That game was anything but an owning. I don't think they'd want to see them again in all honesty. But hey, you got it done...and played a phenomenal game against Ruston. Congrats to your team. Scrappy group.

AGREED ! Check out my above post....

It was NO FLUKE

Neville Snap for the FG was too HIGH" for the Holder that extra split/second was all it took to BLOCK IT....+ he had a convoy 4-5 players follow him for 92 yard TD.....
..........In the huddle WAFB has video of Coach and plan to Block it" it wasn't an accident ....had KD Mays not blocked the FG underneath ....his 6'-5" brother DK Mays would have Blocked it instead over the top.

Good teams find different ways to Win...margin of error too slim that Deep into the Playoffs

Keep seeing Last Year Central UPSET Neville in Monroe; this time it was Central was LUCKY/Fluke to beat Neville in Monroe

37 degrees man was it COLD! for us South Louisiana boys!

Actually .....

Neville was very fortunate Central did not have Top WR Womack; OUT w "Concussion"....he scored the 1st TD at Neville last year.

Womack came back for Ruston & put up 6 catches 113 yards 2 TDs in the Dome (including 1st TD vs LSU Signee Aidan Anding who had been running his mouth too)

If I'm on the sidelines in that moment, I don't kick in that situation. I geaux for it on 4th. If we come up short, I make Central geaux 75-80 yds on me to win. Plain and simple.

That we agree on. But that’s not how it played out.

I don't know. Neville's kicker is pretty good. Hadn't had a problem with a snap all year. Plus, Central's kicker had a cannon for a leg. (All touchbacks...that dude can kick!) I'd be worried he'd hit a 50 yarder or something...so I didn't mind the call. Go up by 6. They aren't scoring a td. (Had he made it, Collins is a genius.) That's football....
