Bosh has value in his %'s, points and rebounds. I was surprised to see that he doesn't even average a block per game. He's actually pretty comparable to Carlos Boozer. I would rather have AI2, but to each their own.

i do see that espn has bosh 12 and ai2 28, i respect that.
Granger is 4
Yao is 7

he does compare to Boozer, who i love as a fantasy player
id prob take bosh iggy then booze, but its close.
%'s are overlooked like they arent important. if you can get 50/80%'s from a PF, thats a plus

haha, while the board knows you live and die by the espn player rater
cbs has ai2 at 21 and bosh at 31

yeah don't give me wrong, i'd love to have bosh. rmc thinking that ai2 is not a keeper is funny shite though. espn has iggy #8 overall the last 30. he had a shitty start to the year. he's starting to be the playmaker in philly.

both have their flaws but espn seems to be more accurate in my opinion. cbs's rankings hate big men. salmons is ranked 41 on espn

by CBS's rankings, you taking Kidd, Bibby, Billups, Bierdris, VC, Rasrard Lewis, over Kobe Bryant?

espn has dwight howard at 19 though. i wouldn't take 8 players over him.

Howard's FT% drops him
ESPN weighs it all evenly. You take the good with the bad. Howard is one of the top 5-7 players if you build your team right around him.
Im not sure what CBS does. Im pretty sure they take turnovers into effect, as well as MPG, 3PT%, and irrelevant things like that

he is far and away better in these categories, and other than blocks (which there isn't much difference between the 2 players) these are the toughest categories to fill.

they dont take turnovers into affect i dont think, i think its based on your league

they hate big men, that's for sure. a healthy boozer was ranked in the 70's. yao was in the 60's last i checked, which is a lawlz in itself.
Posted on 1/17/09 at 1:15 pm to PortCityTiger24
so you would take Rajon Rondo over bosh too?

no, you just said why they dont like big men in your previous post, bc of the stats that are harder to fill. unlike espn, they DONT weight evenly, which i think is correct, bc certain stats are harder to fill unlike points and boards(heres looking at you rick)

no, its not. Because even when you plug your scoring categories in, the rankings do not change.
look at the original spreadsheet they use and turnovers, MPG, total FT and FG's shot, 3PT%, are all taken into effect.
