a little you don't have to move as fast. they are never antes (if you are playing somewhere that does it correctly). you don't have to deal with idiots who overshove/overbet the pot because they cant. i like it better.

Hard to beat the rake in PL at a casino if you are playing lower limits. Much easier to do online. I would avoid PL in the casino.
