It enhances the hell out of your game. It calculates everything. VPIP, Aggression Factor, Steal Ratio, %CBET, FtoCBet, etc. It essentially helps you to determine a players tendencies and monitor your own. Of course the hand replayer function is helpful in finding holes in your game. Pokertracker is free for 60 days to try out.

Yes. It works with all sites. It will also import your past hand history so you aren't starting from scratch.
Pokerstove is also a really cool piece of software for calculating hand odds. It's free.

yeah i could see that helping you pick good spots alot better. im already a winning mtt player on merge but that may take me where i need to be.

Yeah I am not liking not playing with it. It really helps me with cash games. I don't play enough tournaments to have a really good database on anyone so it doesn't help as much as it could. Some of the stats take a few hundred hands to really be meaningful. I just don't play enough tournaments to get the numbers.
You used to be able to datamine by observing tables, but now you have to actually be playing to import hands.
