Sports deprived fantasy draft

Bored sports fans here. Myself and two buddies made up a draft of any players who played from 2003ish to present day because that’s when we really started following football ourselves (middle school years). So no Elway, Marino, Emmit Smith, etc. Who would you say has the best team?
Take out how the teams would transition to the way the game is played now and just go value of the player itself. I know we are losers and have no life. All good.
I got the idea from listening to the Russillo Pod last week when they did something similar but with bands for a weekend festival. Here are teams A, B, and C TIA

I'll take B. It has the most winners.

B, just wish it was Bill Belichick as the coach.

Team B overall.
I think C has an electric offense on the skill positions but B has plenty of talent offensively and that defense is insanely good.

B
I’m assuming team C owner is a huge Cowboys fan, right? Sean Lee? At least he took AP over Zeke.
