When you have a 1st and goal from the 1 to tie the game with 2 min left, the QB shouldn’t even be in a position to be blamed the rest of the drive.



He said that he thought he could get the ball out before he got hit on the play. He miscalculated pretty badly IMO because he wasn't really in a throwing motion

Eewers said he saw him coming but thought he could get the ball out in time.
